Terms of Service

1. The service

AdsMagic AI is operated by DCL INDIA, a sole proprietorship registered in India (proprietor: Sampaul Kanagaraj). AdsMagic AI provides an AI assistant that helps you plan, create, launch, monitor and repair Facebook advertising campaigns inside advertising accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. AdsMagic AI acts on your instructions and within the limits you configure.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to manage any advertising account you connect.

3. Your advertising, your responsibility

• You own your ad accounts, your ad spend and your campaigns. AdsMagic AI never takes payment for your ad spend; that is billed to you directly by Meta.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products, claims, offers and links you ask AdsMagic AI to advertise.
• You must comply with Meta's Advertising Standards, Terms of Service and Commerce Policies. AdsMagic AI checks copy against those policies as a best effort, but approval remains at Meta's discretion.
• In automatic mode you set the spending limits, and you remain responsible for the spend that occurs within them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AdsMagic AI to advertise or promote:

• Anything illegal in the markets you are targeting.
• Deceptive claims, scams, or misleading health, financial or income promises.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that targets protected groups.
• Adult content, weapons, illegal drugs, or other content prohibited by Meta.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, resell it without permission, or use it to interfere with accounts you do not control. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI-generated content

AdsMagic AI generates ad copy and images automatically. AI output can be wrong, generic or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, and in manual mode nothing is published without your approval. AdsMagic AI does not guarantee any particular advertising result, reach, cost or return.

6. Fees and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Availability

We aim to keep AdsMagic AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on Meta's platform may be limited or interrupted by changes, outages or rate limits outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

We own the AdsMagic AI software and brand. You own your business content and the advertising content produced for you through the service. You grant us the licence needed to process that content in order to provide the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsMagic AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or advertising spend that did not perform as hoped. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.

10. Termination

You may stop using AdsMagic AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that pose a security risk, or where required by Meta or by law.

11. Relationship with Meta

AdsMagic AI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Continuing to use AdsMagic AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
