Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AdsMagic AI ("we", "us") is a service operated by DCL INDIA, a sole proprietorship registered in India (proprietor: Sampaul Kanagaraj). AdsMagic AI provides an AI assistant that plans, creates, launches and monitors Facebook advertising campaigns on behalf of its users. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@adsmagicai.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address and Facebook user ID, taken from your Facebook login so we can create and secure your account.
• Advertising account information. The business portfolios, ad accounts and Facebook Pages you choose to connect, so you can select where AdsMagic AI works.
• Campaign information. The campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative assets and review statuses in the ad accounts you connected, so AdsMagic AI can create, edit and repair ads.
• Performance information. Spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and other results reported by Meta, so AdsMagic AI can report on and improve your campaigns.
• Content you give us. The instructions, business details, product descriptions, images and links you provide to AdsMagic AI in conversation.
• Technical information. Log data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults.

3. How we use your information

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To create, edit, launch, pause and repair advertising campaigns in the ad accounts you selected, on your instruction or within limits you have set.
• To generate ad copy and images using AI models operated by our service providers.
• To report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, share it with data brokers, use it for advertising unrelated to your own campaigns, or use your business data to train publicly available AI models.

4. Facebook and Meta platform data

When you sign in with Facebook we request only the permissions AdsMagic AI needs to do its job: your basic profile information, the ability to read and manage the advertising accounts you select, and access to the Pages you choose to advertise from. We use Meta platform data solely to deliver the features described above.

Access tokens issued by Meta are encrypted and stored on our servers. They are never exposed to your browser or to other users. You can revoke AdsMagic AI's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations, or by contacting us. When access is revoked we stop making calls on your behalf and delete the stored token.

5. AI processing

AdsMagic AI uses third-party AI models to draft ad copy, generate images and interpret your instructions. The information sent to these models is limited to what is needed for the task. Our AI providers act as processors under contract and are not permitted to use your content to train their models.

6. Sharing your information

We share information only with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — to create and manage the campaigns you ask for.
• Infrastructure and AI providers — hosting, databases and AI models used to run the service, bound by data processing agreements.
• Payment providers — to process your subscription. We never store your card details.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to do so.

7. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign and performance records are kept for up to 24 months so historical reporting works. When you delete your account we remove your personal data and access tokens within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access tokens are encrypted with a separate key. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel, and every action AdsMagic AI takes in your ad account is logged with a timestamp.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. 10. Children

AdsMagic AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will also be sent to the email address on your account.
