Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1 — delete from inside AdsMagic AI

• Sign in to your AdsMagic AI account.
• Open Settings, then Account.
• Choose "Delete my account and data" and confirm.

Your Facebook access token is revoked immediately and your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — remove AdsMagic AI from Facebook

• Go to Facebook and open Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
• Select Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
• Find AdsMagic AI in the list and choose Remove.

Facebook notifies us and we revoke the stored token and begin deletion. If you also want your AdsMagic AI account removed, email us using Option 3.

Option 3 — email us

Send a request from the email address on your account to privacy@adsmagicai.com with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, name, email address and Facebook user ID.
• Your stored Facebook access tokens, revoked at Meta and erased from our systems.
• Your conversations with AdsMagic AI and any content you provided.
• Cached campaign, creative and performance records held by AdsMagic AI.

What is not deleted

• Campaigns, ads and results that live in your own Facebook ad account. Those belong to you and remain in Meta's systems — delete them in Facebook Ads Manager if you want them gone.
• Limited billing and transaction records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
• Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.

Timing

Access is revoked immediately on request. Deletion from live systems completes within 30 days, and encrypted backups are cycled out within a further 90 days.
